These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Woo Sidekick ("Service"), operated by Woo Sidekick ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Woo Sidekick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Woo Sidekick is an AI-powered analytics tool for WooCommerce stores. It allows merchants to ask questions about their store data in plain English and receive answers. The Service consists of a web application, a WordPress plugin, and a backend API.

Account Registration

To use Woo Sidekick, you must create an account and provide your WooCommerce store URL. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your API token secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

WooCommerce Store Access

By connecting your WooCommerce store, you authorize Woo Sidekick to:

• Access your store data via the WooCommerce MCP protocol (read-only)
• Retrieve order, customer, and product information to answer your questions

Woo Sidekick operates in read-only mode and cannot modify your store data.

Plans and Billing

• Free plan: 50 queries per month, no credit card required
• Pro plan: Unlimited queries for $29/month

Prices are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other merchants' data
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your API token with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to extract or scrape data in bulk

AI-Generated Answers

Answers provided by Woo Sidekick are generated by AI based on your store data. While we strive for accuracy, answers may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You should verify important business decisions independently.

Limitation of Liability

Woo Sidekick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete answers
• Business decisions made based on AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or profits

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
